No star is needed here. 1 is to many!!One of the worst places ever! The ladies there are really just REDICULAS!!! No true intentions of helping, just getting smart. It's like going to junior high school all over again! Everything they say is degrading or insulting! They pick and choose who they help, how they want to help different individuals. 4 months and still no job, but I go there at least 3(x) time's out the week. Is it me or the staff? I'm there, but for what if there not helping?

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Does anybody work there. I've called many times to get information about the classes and no one picks up. It doesn't even let me leave a message ..i pushed other options and also no one picks up or they direct you to their Website. Unprofessional and unbelievable. Horrible system and horrible service.

The actual job counselors are bullies and are completely unconcerned whether someone gets a job or not. Attempting to return to the workforce after 11 years with a disability is frightening enough, but to be treated so disrespectfully is unacceptable. Not only was I personally affected, but I witnessed other's being similarly belittled and made to feel uncomfortable. Judging by these reviews and from what I've heard on the street, I am definitely not alone.

I don't understand why they have phones that will ring without being answered or without proper voicemail.I've been trying to reach a representative there for a week straight (for the second time) regarding training and have yet to receive any responses. How can I trust people to find me a proper job or take their judgement of the nature of my own ability seriously when they cannot even be contacted properly?
