Feedback:

Extremely rude staff, you can have a college degree and still not receive a job offer if you don't have any connections with them.

Feedback:

I appreciate all the positive dedication that Vivian Lang provided me today with the appointment and after the appointment. Her support and dedication made a huge difference. I sincerely compliment her professionalism and expertise in helping me with the with reviewing my professional resume and keeping attentive to my job prospect in the present time. i am one of the teachers that lost my job because Job Corps closed because of the destruction caused by Hurricane Irma.Sincerely,Susan L. Mac Donell

Feedback:

These people are great, I really dont get the bad reviews. They are helpful and seem to care. Great place, assuming bad reviews are from people that cant use a computer and do whats required to get started, come in badly dressed, and with a bad attitude. Seriously dont listen to the bad reviews

Feedback:

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to! My first time in and they wanted me to leave and come back or wait outside by my car because you can’t have children in the facility till 3pm, no one ever told me that, I was never informed of this. But you expect me to continue waiting and tell me I have to leave and come back later or wait by my car.i find that unprofessional.

Feedback:

Very helpful and caring. They are busy but try to do their best to help. I wouldn't have been able to do nursing school if it weren't for them. I'm very grateful

Feedback:

I found that the employees are very uninformed about Disaster Unemployment, had to make several trips to receive the correct information. I have been in there and found that some of the employees were rude when people were asking for assistance. Staff needs more training. Staff appearances were unacceptable especially when you have signs all over the place about dressing professionally. This is a place that is suppose to assist you in finding jobs, but if I go to a website that wants me to upload my resume I have been told that I cannot download from my usb.

Feedback:

Apart from being a façade for Employ Florida (which is a pretty good job site), CareerSource NCFL is entirely redundant and hopelessly inept. Because the front desk neither answers the phone nor responds to email inquiries, a walk-in is mandatory. When you do walk in, the staff are reluctant to talk to you. Whenever I request job assistance, nine times out of ten I am told that "the computers are over there". When I ask what services CareerSource offers, I am given a few straggly scraps of paper with Job IDs on them that I could have found myself using Employ Florida. Never have I been offered to speak to someone one-on-one (which, even if I had, I don't feel I would have had any luck, considering what others have said here). The last straw was a job fair that I had showed up for. I was told that the employers that I was interested in are not there in person and instead I must speak to them via video conference. The fact that the interaction was virtual did not bother me. It was simply not made clear in the advertisement sent to me a week earlier, which had the companies listed ambiguously as "virtual employers". I had already tried to call three times throughout the week for clarification, but could not reach a desk agent. Even worse is that the computers which I was [inevitably] directed to use were not equipped to use in a virtual conference, i.e. no audio devices, microphones, or webcams. So, I had to go home and join the conference. Worse still, my request to enter the conference was never approved (see screenshot). So, I eventually had reach out to those employers personally.Save yourself precious job hunting time and AVOID.

Feedback:

I was assigned by both, Ade Kumuyi a facilitator, and by christine shumate a staffing specialist while pursuing education. Both ware very professional while handling my case. I feel they were both very profecional through the entire process. Every step of the process was handled with; great disposition, preciseness, reliability, and courteousness.

Feedback:

Staff is always willing to assist. There should be more knowledgeable staff available.
