Terrible at getting back to people, and returning calls and emails..... ridiculous.

There is no assistance for if you are trying to apply for a job with the state of Florida and no assistance if you are wanting to apply for a Federal Government job. Not to mention, you have to stand the whole time while applying for jobs on the computer. How is it that this a job center but no one can assist with trying to get this type of employment? They flat out told me that if I wanted to apply for places like McDonald's they could help me but not for the state or federal government.
