I have taken my computer twice to Cards in the last 6 moths. The first time was for a complete over hall. They replaced the hard drive and cleaned it up for over $350.00. This past November I took my lap top back because of a virus it picked up. When I picked it up I came home & found my Facebook page was removed. I took it back today to see if they could reinstall my Facebook page. My Facebook page worked fine before I took it to them in November. I told the girl in the office that when I took my computer home the Facebook page was gone. She said that it is not their problem it is a Facebook problem .I explained to her that it worked fine before they removed the virus. I asked for someone to look at it and she became very condescending; she insisted that I call Facebook to get it straightened out. I explained to her that I am not the computer experts you are. I told her if I could work on computers like that I would not need them. She was very unprofessional in her response to me. I left my computer there and within a half hour the girl called me to come get my computer and they were not helping me. I have spent $500.00 there in the last 6 months and was treated like they did not care about my problem if I was not spending any money there today. I think the girl needs a class in customer service. I will not go back to them again. I will let the person know who told me about them know of their unprofessionalism.
