Can never get a hold of anyone on the phone it’s terrible

Tried working with this staffing agency twice, they take all your information and do not follow up. I called every day for a week about a job, and not one call back. The first time I tried to go through them, they did the same. No follow up, but they take your social security number, birthday and they have your address. I want to know, who has actually been placed by them?? Seems like a con. The office that they have set up has very little in it, and the computers barely worked when I was filling out the application. I applied to the data entry job through Indeed. Also, when you call, there is an automated system or someone picked up, but it's answered by the office that's close to Ohio. Good luck getting a call back if you're following up on a job. They only call you to come in and get your personal information.
