Got yelled at for cursing on the phone because frustrated. Did not direct it at the person i was talking to but was still yelled at for get this being rude to her and that bad languge would not be tolerated. They should realize when people are trying to resolve financial issues it can get a bit emotional, you know the difference of having a roof or a tarp over ones head.
