All they do is lie to u don’t even waste ur time in here it should be called garbage staffing Chris Campbell is very rude unprofessional person

Worst staffing agency ever, completely unorganized, Staff is rude, and most of all they won't pay you on time.Literally any other staffing agency would be recommended over this one, don't even bother wasting your time.

was ok at first, walked in looking for a job and the interview process went well. Khris seemed like she cared and was aware I am currently under restriction for not being allowed to wear steel toe shoes unlike most but the time it took for a job that may fit was a bit of time. Though the supervisor for the first job was very unprofessional and being nothing but rude, insulting and uncomfortable to me and my mother the whole day. When we got the prep sheet there was no where in it where to park and when we called about his behavior they made excuses for him so this job was not a fit. Khris said she would find us a replacement job and it took her almost a week to find us something but she told us we would never have to walk in the building for a prep sheet that she would email us and she said we had to go up there. When we arrived for the prep sheet, she was told there was a doctors appointment and could not stay long yet we had to wait when we arrived to get there and we felt she played around giving us the paperwork. She didn't tell us anything about the job just handed us the paper and that was it. Mentioned that it had to be steel toe shoe knowing I am still under restriction that I would have to wear them knowing my doctor has not released me yet and when I mentioned I didn't have them and had not gotten paid yet she just shrugged it off and said "well you can go to walmart and get a pair for $25" knowing I didn't have any money. Called to find out more about the job and was told It was an orientation and a walk through that we wouldn't be working that day . When the day came, most people were not at orientation cause I believe they were sent to the wrong building and then was mislead cause we were not prepared for what the day truly held which they wanted us to work but we didn't have any lunch packed or anything so we felt like we were set up for failure. Later that night, came down severly sick with a stomach flu with temps of 100.6 with them rising and ended up in the emergency room where we were there for many hours up into the next day. Our phones had died while we were there and when we finally were able to go home and charge them we got rude messages from April about like we blew off work and we got a text message saying if we didn't get ahold of some guy named Eric they were going to deactivate our rapid cards cause they don't do direct deposit. We are owed what money comes from the orientation. Am very unsure about if we'll get the money with the way things are.If I was anybody I would not work for them cause they are very dishonest for giving all the information so it feels you're set up more for failure than success through them.

When I called, I was picked up by the nicest, friendliest, most helpful woman I’ve ever spoken to. She was understanding and patient, she gave me all the information I needed as well answering all the questions I had. Walking into the building, I was greeted a big warm smile at the front desk. This pretty lady was doing everything! She was on the phone, she was helping people on the computers, she was filling out paper work, she was running faxes; everything! She once again was very polite and helpful with me, and told me exactly what to do! She’s very fun to talk to and she loves to talk about her wonderful boyfriend. I learned a lot about him in my speedy visit. She even has cute pictures with him hanging up as well as some of her art, and her plants which she adores! All in all it was a great experience where I felt welcomed and respected. Will use again and recommend!

The 2 stars is. It for the actual staffing but for their partners. The jobs itself is ok, but when it comes to the staffing the constant blame others is a main factor. I’m not sure if it’s just this one lady ( slight deep voice , usually get her on a Thursday around 2 when I usually call. So I didn’t receive a pay, first time ever working with the company by the way I call :Me: Hey, I was calling because I didn’t receive my check her : and your just calling now ( rude voice and all ) Me: i mean we get paid Friday and I was just asking this is my first time Her: well payroll closes at 3 and we don’t have no records call Monday (click) Soooo through the job I work with them I asked them for an answer there response : showed me my hours that they indeed sent the information at the beginning of week , apologize emailed capital city about it and as well attempted to contact there corporate by email ( I mean googled the info tried to find an email the whole thing).Another issue is I’m calling capital city to check to see if my direct deposit was put in from when I gave them the voided check etc etc.. as soon as I said check to see if my deposit before the word registered can out of my mouth Same lady by the way “ we can’t control that that’s a corporate thing we cant look into to that “My response: but I gave yall a voided check emailed and paper for y’all to insert because that’s what the person I came in and talk to, to register told me to doHer Response: well I won’t be able to see til after you get paid we can’t do anything or control that that’s corporate My responses: (shaking my head as I’mHanging up )
