These guys do not know what they're doing. I put it in $300 toward a Christmas fund and when my company switched away from them they, they have been making me wait around and still have not sent me my money four months later. Then because they wanted to charge me 15.00 for a canceled check fee because they sent my check to a wrong address and I had given my correct address. These guys have no clue what customer service is and even tried arguing with me about MY MONEY calling me a liar about providing them with the correct mailing address just so they can charge me for the check fee.

We always have a wonderful experience with Canal HR & their staff: everyone is professional, from the receptionist to the staff that crafted our personalized plans for my business and myself. I would absolutely recommend this firm and their services - cannot thank them enough.

UPDATE--Canal HR looked my name up in their records, identified my employer (my employer is not listed anywhere on my social media), called my employer, and asked my employer to tel me to take these reviews down. At no point did Canal HR reach out to me to ask whether I was okay or extend an apology! I'm reposting my original review:AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These people will RUIN your employees. They can't calculate overtime! They miss whole days! They don't submit paychecks on time! They could have helped their clients by cutting paychecks on Monday, July 3 (like they're supposed to!) but I guessed they decided to go see some fireworks instead. They shorted my check last week and I have yet to see my check this week. At this point I have run out of money and have no money for food or meds, and my rent is past due, so I have a late fee. Sad thing is, this is absolutely TYPICAL OF THEM. Thanks for doing your job, Canal HR! Maybe I can bum a rib off you at your big BBQ party you decided to have while leaving hourly employees dependent on paychecks out to dry!!

If you want to save money on your Workers Comp Insurance, never worry about your payroll taxes or the IRS, have your medical plan be in compliance with Obama Care, have legal advice at your fingertips ... then you need to call Canal HR.Oh, BTW, did I mention save money on your Workers Comp Insurance!
