They used to be good. This year I sent my stuff in and on reflection as I am being audited is RIDDLED with inaccuracies... e.g. They had calculated fuel expenses at R6000 when I did a quick glance down my statements I saw R13000 they simply changed what I had said. On further investigation in getting ready for audit I see my fuel was R17000. That just the fuel... The previous person who helped me asked when she saw missing things. The current woman who helped me obviously does not care to do her job accurately. When she had something pressing to ask she never bothered phoning and I only saw the email when it was too late. I also see now that she did not bother to look at my slips because I gave her 2017 slips rather than 2016. Now I must try correct her bugger up for verification. NEVER AGAIN *UPDATE: they came back to me and told me they would sort it all out 09/05/2018, Sars contacts me and NOTHING was submitted for verification. They wont even bother emailing me back to tell me why nothing was submitted.
