It's your job as a bank to detect these type of fraudulent transactions. The customers YOUR bank took money from should be reimbursed and from the sounds of it, you need control over the public and need to provide more crucial information as to how and when people will get their hard earned money back.Who else thinks Michael Mann owns Cachet too and this is all a huge poncy scheme?

A Company that can not properly administer its business should not be in business. Your recent handling of the transactions regarding MyPayrollHR speaks volumes about your company's inability to handle its business affairs and those of others. You need to find something you can do other than transactions involving payroll.

This unethical company was able to withdraw two large sums of money in the form of reversals from my bank. They even used my employers name for one of the reversals. I’m sure they’ve put thousands of people into crisis mode and left many without anything left in their accounts. Give back what you took and take ownership for the mess you’ve made!

Incredibly poor handling of a bad situation. Certainly understand that Cachet May have gotten taken by the MyPayrollHR people but the approach then bank took and the lack of responsiveness and communication is appalling. Doesn’t seem like Cachet will survive the mess they brought upon itself.

This is a fraudulent company who reversed payroll checks for hundreds of thousands of employees! AVOID them at all costs!!! They deserve a ZERO!

You illegally withdrew thousands of employee direct deposits. Not once but 2 or 3 times. The 2nd time you disguised the withdrawal as coming from each persons' employer which they did not authorize. Your company advertises a 50 million dollar insurance policy. If you were not given money from mypayrollhr you should have dealt with them. Not withdrawal 2 paychecks from individual bank accounts. Get ready for a class action suit.

Cachet Financial is an egregiously unethical financial institution. They removed payroll direct deposits from thousands and thousands of hard working people, not once but twice. After they were called out for it, they claimed they were the victim. Victims don’t attempt reversals using multiple companies names. Victims don’t hang up on people who call to try to find out what happened. Victims don’t STEAL FROM HONEST PEOPLE!
