I had worked out what I should get back on my return before coming to these people. I did not know exactly which forms to use and was a new small business owner which is why I came to them. I told them the type of business that I was in (trucker) and they claimed to be very knowledgeable (absolute lie). They originally had me paying close to $3,000 rather than getting almost that much back. After repeatedly correcting them (Byers) I did eventually get a return that I could actually use.Ultimately they were completely clueless and incompetent and for the low cost of $250+ (I think it was actually $285) would have had me losing close to $6,000. Anyone who has used them should definitely double check their returns and see what was missed. I gave them very clear concise deductible expenses and they left out many of them, more than once! They also had me deducting things that are not allowed, such as the full cost of my cell phone (dual use allows %50)
