Butler Davis Accounting and its owners falsified my signature and authorization on several legal documents to fraudulently and illegally close a corporation I co-own. Ms. Davis was NOT authorized to close any companies, transfer ownership, or sign documents on my behalf. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their illegal activities, lack of ethics, and unprofessionalism.
