Business Tax Solutions botched our family's inheritance proceedings. When we asked the executor why we received additional tax information on April 14, Business Tax Solutions replied: "It is a timing issue for sure, but the tax consequence is much smaller handling it this way. The tax consequence to the beneficiaries is minimal."On the contrary, the tax consequence was not "minimal." We had to rush to see our accountant on April 15, we paid over $1,500 in new taxes, and we had to drop everything to go to the post office to get everything postmarked in time.The inconvenience was extraordinary and unnecessary. I am very disappointed in the accountant's services at Business Tax Solutions.
