Thieves. They tried to steal my deposit for an apt that was cleaner than when we moved in. Lucky I had all my receipts and made them email me at that moment to clear the balance "owed." They lied about the amount they paid for a "cleaner" (the neighbor guy, who told us the true amount he was paid which of course was less) I can go on and on but that $700 amount changed after showing I still had all the receipts good thing I still have them in case they try to be shady again. Never go through landlord services its a way for the middle guy to make a buck or $700
