Feedback:

Some of these negative reviews are way off, maybe people are reviewing the wrong business by accident? There are definitely bad CPA offices in the area but this isn't one of them... these folks are amazing. Everyone in the office is really nice, we have only had good experiences. We started working with them last summer and every interaction has been great. This year's taxes went much more smoothly than last year's (with our old accountant), and it cost us several hundreds of dollars LESS. I think their fees are very reasonable. They did not ask for any money up front. In fact, Sherrill sat with me for 2 hours when we were first shopping for a new CPA, AND answered a bunch of my follow-up questions by email and by phone, and didn't charge me for any of that time. We also have a small business and they do all of our taxes. I would recommend them to anyone!

I second Patricia this company has been our CPA firm for over 10 years and we are a company with a large amount of employees not just some new comer who has no idea how to run a business or Places blame on everyone but themselves. If you are going to own a business then you should have business sense which this couple clearly doesn’t. Don’t let their negative review sway you this company is top notch. This CPA firm will be around long after this couples business closes from their lack of knowledge of how to run a business. I’m Surprised they don’t get you for defamation of character, but I sure hope they do!

Feedback:

Disregard the apparent idiots below. This CPA firm has been in our community for many years. If they were as bad as they claimed they would have been out of business years ago. I have used this CPA firm for 3 years for my business and I couldn’t be happier. The CPA firm (any firm) can only file with the information you gave them. If you knew you had other documents and didn’t disclose them then that is on you. Last I looked a CPA firm wasn’t advertising mind reading. Do your own research call then ask questions see if the firm feels right for you. I highly suggest as do many large business around!

Feedback:

I would like to start by being clear that I never leave negative reviews, but the public needs to know about this business. I made a decision to support a local business after we received a mail piece. I was hesitant considering they had no reviews and 43 likes on Facebook, but I gave them a chance to earn my business. I should've listened to my gut when I received paperwork to sign that basically said I owed them $150 the moment I walked in the business. I signed and thought why would any business give me a reason to not hold my word and pay them. I found out quickly the paperwork was needed, because they are a train wreck. Not only are they inadequate they're also filled with ego, rude, and nasty. Long story short had I let this business file my taxes I would have lost a significant amount of money. I obviously went elsewhere and the lack of effort was blatant. When the situation was explained the business responded rudely and in a threatening tone demanded payment for the terrible advice I received. Don't make the same mistake I did, go with a reputable CPA who wants to earn your business, not tie you down in paperwork and bully you.

Go Somewhere Else! I never write negative reviews but I'm hoping to save someone money. I have always done my own taxes, but with becoming married and having my own business, this year I decided a CPA may be best for our growing needs. Jody asked for all our documents, but didn't specify which ones might be helpful, like a 1098 for school tuition or other tax forms I would expect CPAs to ask for. I figured she knew her stuff and let her work on our taxes, she came back that we would owe her, $250 and the government nearly $500. I have never paid in, so I checked the numbers myself, using SIMPLE turbo tax, which asked for way more information regarding my situation. In the end, my husband and I were owed a nearly $1000 refund. Jody uses an old paper system and although she says shes a quickbooks pro, they use paper invoicing, with no invoice numbers, incorrect address, no remit payment to...I don't know a quickbooks pro that sends such antiquated invoices. Also when asking about how I should handle my quickbooks online account, she suggested I go to office depot and buy a register.... a paper register for documenting expenses. That should have been my first clue. Save your time and money and find someone legitimate.
