Beyond disappointed with them. I've gotten my returns done here the last few years now. Really was debating whether or not to come back for 2019, due to some difficulties in communication in 2018. Another reason being that they made a mistake filing my return in 2015, failing to send in the paperwork for my education credits. Ultimately causing me over $900 in back taxes and interest owed to the IRS for failure to report the paperwork. So moving forward, I decided that it was perhaps an honest mistake, and I believe in second chances. Most of the people I had interacted with at their office were quite friendly, and I felt they deserved the benefit of the doubt. Now, here in 2019, I have drawn my last straw with this company. I dropped off my w-2s, etc, etc. On February 12th, I had paid electronically with a debit card over the phone. The following day (13th), I noticed it had not been charged to my account. I called back, and checked on the status. The lady I spoke with "re-ran" my card for the total amount due for the tax preparation service. She told me everything was good to go, and that my taxes had been sent in, or filed on February 12th. Now its February 27th, and I get a call today from them, "reminding" me that my taxes are ready to be signed off on, and for payment so they can send them in. I explain the situation, and how I paid already, etc. and that I was told on the 13th, that they had been filed on the 12th. Anyway, they refused to do anything, or accept the fact that they made a mistake. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND SANITY BY AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.

Was good a few years then price suddenly increased with no notification and no communication, they did not say what the cost was going to be beforehand or that it increased greatly. Will not be returning after this year.
