I have extensive experience with Bruce staffing. I started my career here many years ago. They expect Professionalism in every job they place. In today’s job market there are a lot of jobs available but what about “The” job? Bruce staffing and their Placement Professionals know that to be competitive they have to send out the Best of the Best. So if that’s you, call this Staffing Service. If you make the cut, be vigilant and if they have a position available for you they will place you. You will not be placed in the best position they have “out of the gate”. Especially if you don’t have experience. You have to build trust. But if you have the drive and the demeanor, then this is the place to build experience as well. As I read the other reviews, I don’t think that the other applicants understand, that Bruce Staffing is sending them out to their Clientele. Their reviews are good reason as to why they were not hired.

UPDATE: 09/28/2018The fact that the person who runs their Google profile, claims I'm from the "competitor" literally shows how professional this company is. Instead of asking for constructive critismcism, you shrug it off as a competitor. That's very embarassing on Bruce Temp services. Obviously my review isn't the only 1 Star review. I live in Pasadena. I was looking for a job at the time and Bruce Temp services had me jump through hula hoops for low paying jobs. I've worked as a forklift operator for 5 years already. I ask for what ypur average FL operator makes. I'll be damned if i'm going to ve working for minimum wage in a warehouse! Stay away from this place.Horrible customer service. They post that they have this job and youre thinking you're applying to THAT specific job. No that post, on whatever site they posted the job listing, is just a bait to get people to come into their office. They don't know anything about the job they posted. Thats real professional. After you give them your information, the receptionist says she going to put it in her computer but then 2-5 minutes of silence you get a dead line tone. She hangs up. After you call back they act like they never talked to you! Good luck in getting a job if you're of color. Its obvious Pasadena hasn't changed one bit. This Staffing agency is the epitome of whats wrong with the city. I would NEVER even attempt to use them not will I ever in my life reccomend them.

Went to a interview said they was going to verify previous employment and background check, called and kept being told they are still waiting to verify my previous employment and getting the run around, a month later and still haven't heard from them

was late to an interview and understood how that is a bad impression, but I was never told that mistake would forever "ban" from attempting to try there still? I had filled an application two weeks later and was told I'd receive a call for an interview from their receptionist. I call a week later and was finally told that being late deemed me as unhireable at their office? This should've been told to me way before instead of me wasting my time with their agency
