We started our first, entirely owned by us, company in 2007. We were referred to Brown & Brown by a colleague who had limited experience with their firm. They were close in proximity to our site so we chose them. They were able to tailor to our needs initially and adapt as we have added our 4 additional businesses. We are still in growth mode, have discussed our future needs with them and are pleased that they are able to see our vision and their role in it. They get it done without worry, that is what we look for in a long term business partner!
