Hello, MY name is Malikka Ferguson; a client of Brightstar Care. I want to first thank the young lady of whom I forgot her name apologies(but should be in my file as opening my case)Brightstar Care for helping me obtain proper care in as fast as days after my ex-caregiving company closed. I was first visited by a Brightstar employee that was prompt, kind, helpful and very informative. In as much as days I was enveloped with Jerome and Petra McAfee of what would say are the most professional, prompt, helpful, kind, and motivational employees that I've ever had since becoming disabled. These 2 give me compassion that I have never had from a Home Health Care Agency, I actually thought that professionalism was gone until this mother and son do came into my life.
