We have been extremely pleased with the care my Dad is receiving from his caregiver, Sonya. Dad's previous caregiver went back to school full-time and he was devastated. Sonya came in and immediately connected with Dad. She's not only his caregiver (taking care of his needs as well as maintaining his home), but more importantly, she's his friend & companion. They have an amazing relationship and he always looks forward to her visit. Last month was the first time in 4 years I was able to go on vacation and not be concerned every minute about my Dad's well-being. She is an absolute Angel!!

My review is for John Channing who is a caregiver for our elderly friend. John sits with him two days a week. From the moment John was assigned to our friend, our friend (who is 91) perked up and seemed happy bc John became his friend.I wish ALL the care staff could be like John. But, that's what makes him outstanding. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his clients.Now if BrightStar could find more like him...

My experience with BrightStar was a good experience. They provided us with support when we needed it most. EVERY single person that walked through our door was very professional and kind and showed so much patience with my dad. I felt comfortable going to work knowing he was being well taken care of. They have a stellar team and I truly appreciate all they did for my dad. There were a couple of glitches with scheduling which is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Under staffed, not able to provide consistent care to my 90 year old father. While in their care for one month , the worker left 20 minutes early without notifying us, 2 nights no one showed, and one fall with an injury while in their care. Bright star needs to pay their workers more to attract the level of care needed.

Kelly Furnari is my mothers care giver and she is amazing. I never met a more caring,loving,gentle woman in all the years of dealing with caregivers. Very dependable and has come to be not only a friend to my mom but to all of our family and us to hers. I don't want to imagine not having her in our lives.
