I just want to say thanks to the ladies who helped take care of Maria in our home, Sanetra, Isabel, Renee and Nietta. You ladies are the backbone of the caring group of Brightstar....Maria loved all of you. Sadly her life ended May 18 but she went peacefully. thanks again to these wonderful ladies for caring for my mom. Ken P.

Rating should be a 10. The CNA's are really good that when I think of something for them to do it is already completed before I can finish asking them to do it. My main CNA works 5 days a week and takes me to breakfast and sets it up for me since I only have use in one hand. The other staff and community compliments this CNA on her care for me and for the care for other people around me. I have 4 other CNA's that provide services for me and are equally impressive. I get compliments from neighbors about their professionalism all the time. The service also provides RN's and LPN's with back up care from CNA's . Medical doctors' and nurses compliment the knowledge that the caregivers and nurses have . The franchise owner Steve Lamb has been available to me 7 days a week and has answered questions for me at various odd hours of the day.

Set me up for an interview and then never called, they're just cna staffing but act like they're a big company that doesn't have time for you.

I called them when I was in need of services. Told them when I needed them to start.They gave me a price over the phone. Setup a meeting to go over care needed for my parents - they were almost 30 minutes late. They then changed the price - said they would contact me the next day (never did). I called them because they were supposed to start service the next day and found out they were not even planning on starting. Luckily I called and found out - otherwise my parents would have been in serious trouble. How do companies like this stay in business.

Steve and his team provided the best of care for my Mother as well as for my Father who was providing the care uo to Brightstar being brought in. My Mom was comfortable and well cared for and my dad had the relief of great help. They cared for him as much as Mom. The care takers remain good family friends, staying in touch with Dad. I recomment this personal and professional to anyone who has someone in need of great care. It could not have been better!
