Place operates smooth and efficiently. Plenty of computers to use and plenty of staff who were happy to assist you with your needs. Staff was reasonable and we're not condisending when asked questions as they tend to be at other government facilities. Your not rushed and not pressed.

The receptionist desk or whatever they are called are very inattentive. They always expect you to know the process and typically act disgruntled when you ask questions to find out. Looks like the place is not funded very well at all. But some of the counselors are exceptional in the assistance they give.

They have a lot of Staff members you can ask for help in your situation. The have a computer lab if you need to use to apply and to do resumes. Very knowledgeable staffers.

The staff here was quite rude when I went in. The woman at the front desk was talking to someone so I waited patiently for her to finish. When she saw me, she chastised me for not letting her know I was there. She should have been paying attention to the door in the first place. I also had to wait while another employee I was supposed to speak to finished a conversation completely unrelated to anything to do with unemployment or job searches.

Terrible service.......Terrible. I filed my claim a week ago, received and email saying I did do, but apparently on their website I never did it. Everytime I called the Bridgeport offices the automated phone operator wouldn’t even respond properly to the buttons I pressed.

Poor .... I called to ask a question but didnt notice it was the wrong department instead they all laugh and was really rude. They either get new people to work or something because I was really going to disrespect them. So rude specially if someone really do need the help. Smh
