Brian Banks, What are words I can say? unprofessional, Arrogant,Non apologetic,Mr.Banks had written a letter to my deceased father in law about services of filing his 2014 corporation taxes. And I quote “Dear Mr _____ I recently left a telephone massage on your answering machine, but I did not get the COURTESY of return telephone call.” Mr. Banks what gives you the right to talk to a client that way? If i Every said that to one of my clients i would have no business. Which he asked me via Telephone conversation “if i was in Business” Yes I am! Mr. Banks also wrote “ If I done here from you in the next couple of weeks. I will ASSUME that 1)you have made other arrangements, and or 2) you no longer CARE about what happens to this corporation. Mr. Banks then ask me “what is the nature of the phone call? I explained that my father had passed away and his letter was very unprofessional.No apology, and say goodbye and hung up.Mr Banks grow up,and be a professional. The world needs better people not people who think everything is owed to them. Watch what you say to your clients and people. You might never know who you're talking to on the phone.
