I contacted Brian's firm March 1st, two weeks passed and I had not heard back so I reached out to Brian again, he said he would like to meet me next time I was available, he gave me a date and then never showed or called, I called him to reschedule and he gave me another approximate date and again never showed, when I called he said he does 1,700 tax refunds a year and he rescheduled yet again. After this 3rd and last absence, I called to tell him he was the least professional small business owner I had ever encountered. Even a single phone call to tell me he could not make it would have been appreciated, but apparently Brian is too busy for that. Brian Banks is the most unprofessional experience I have had and I would never trust him with my taxes. I would recommend you avoid Brian's firm at all costs. Zero customer service effort and least courteous financial professional I have ever met. He is also extremely rude and arrogant, just the other very negative review above mine indicates. I hope you read this Brain, you are a light-weight, low-class LOSER.
