Brian has been an not only and amazing lawyer but also a very understanding human being.. I would like to tell you guys a little of what I went through. My father had a very difficult case in immigration and wasn't able to get papers unless he had a hardship, but until we meet Brian all lawyers kept lying and stealing our money with lies. Thankfully I was recommended to him by a friend and he has finally been able to grant my dad with his residency. I want to express how thankful we are for him because he was very humble and understanding because during the time we found him my father had been unemployed and we were going through a hardship in our family and at all points he was not just a lawyer but a very humble and understanding person, which hard to find now a days because most lawyers just want there money . Thank you again Brian from bringing color back in to our worlds because now my father has his residency and can continue his American dream.

Brian Oneil is a great lawyer. He is compassionate, understanding and above all, he knows the law. He won a case for me which apparently at the time did not have much of a precedent. Hi everyone, my name is Patrick Louis. I am one of Mr. O'Neil's clients. In 2005, I was in a dead-end case of immigration. I had consulted many Lawyers regarding my case, but none of them seemed able to help me. Then, I heard one my friend talking about Brian O’Neil, and I came for an appointment. I can tell you that what any other lawyers couldn’t do for me, Brian made it possible. Where some others discouraged me, they told me that there was no hope for me, and they could do nothing for me, Brian said that he would try, and he kept his word. Brian is not someone that gives up easily. He is not someone that takes no for an answer. He always looks for a way to help; he always looks for a solution. I admire his persistence, tenacity, and perseverance. He is a great Lawyer, and I will refer him to any one that needs his service. There is no amount of money that I could have to repay this man for what he has done for me and my family. Because of him, I was able to stay in this country, get my greed card, and became a US citizen.

His free consultation is not free. I contacted his office regarding an unemployment claim through the web. Unemployed being the key word. He e mailed me stating a colleague would contact me. Lisa Curry called to ask a few questions regarding my claim. She then stated I needed to meet with her at the office to go over any documents I had. I asked if she worked on a contingency and she told me the initial consultation is $200.00 and there is a flat fee to start work. I then asked: "what about the free consultation as advertised"? She stated that I just had my free consultation on the phone. I told her that was BS and I could not afford to hear her say "sorry I can't help you" and throw away $200.00. I guess they get a lot of unemployed millionaires that can afford to get ripped off!Just another blood sucking scumbag lawyer that gives the rest of them a bad reputation. STAY AWAY!!

First I would like to express my undying gratitude to Mr. Brian O'Niel. Me and my wife where at a point in our lives that most people would call desperate. We had visited multiple lawyers and they all said either they could not do anything for my wife or for an outrageous fee, they could do very little. Then we found Brian. We took a chance and went for a consultation. After a few short minutes talking with him, we new he was our guy. We hired him right then and there. He made us feel that he really does care about you and not your money like other lawyers. His fees where more than fair and he was willing to work with our financial situation. To make a long story short he got to work on our case right away and within 6 short months my wife had her residency. There is no words that can give Brian his do credit. If you are looking for a lawyer by all means shop around but when you talk with Brian you will know the difference.
