Gary did my taxes for 2016 and when we submitted them they were rejected because the health insurance. When you pay someone to do your taxes you count on them to let you know if your missing anything. He charged me to do an amendment to my taxes that he messed up and wanted another $50 to amend them again. He then called me a liar and said I lied to him about not having insurance. Who does that? Who calls a client a liar? Amazing! Gary made an error. Then calls me a liar. Very immature and unprofessional. I told him if someone doesn’t remember if they had insurance for 2 months the first 2 months of 2016 and no insurance the rest of the year does not make them a liar. He kept calling me a liar over and over again like a child, no matter what you said to him his response was your a liar. I am amazed at how ignorant, in mature and unprofessional this man is. When I saw the red flags with him to begin with, I should have paid more attention to them. I suggest you think twice about coming here.Gary if you read my review correctly, I never said you charged me twice. I said you charged me $50 to amend my taxes. When I came to pick them up you had made an error in them and they had to be redone. Then when those amended taxes had a issue you wanted another $50 to fix them. You NEVER asked me multiple times for my Market place paper work, in fact you never asked once. You did my taxes and I came in and signed them and sent them off. It wasn’t until they were rejected that we discovered that nothing was talked about with the Market place insurance. I feel if you pay someone to do your taxes and they come to a very important area of your taxes and you don’t see any paper work for it, that should call you and ask about what is missing in the paper work you handed in.When I called you about the amended taxes, you called me a liar. First of all who does that? Who talks to a client like that. I told you that I would never come back to your firm, that you are unprofessional and rude as well as immature. I hung up on you because all you kept saying repeatedly like a five year old is that I am a liar. You can tell people differently that you let me go as a client. Because I was rude to you and your staff. But in the end you and I know the truth.
