Was not able to produce a 1040ez return within four weeks. I was given the excuse of government shut down. Return dropped off after that, I was given Senior accountant had medical issue, sad they are the only ones in the office to complete a 1040EZ form, then last offer a discount on service not performed! Haha what kind of business is this? Then last I can do it in an hour!!!!! What you just had four weeks of not getting it done and suddenly it can be completed in a hour!!!! No thanks! So apparently you have to be a large company to be knowlage in this company, but they won't tell you. Just let you hang out, don't recommend this company to any individual take you money else where because they are too good for it here; but they don't/won't tell you that.
