Cada vez te cobran mas por hacer los income taxes. En vez de tener consideración que uno como cliente sigue llendo con ellos cada año a hacer los taxes, pues entonces cada año que vas te cobran mas, sobre todo Eduardo hijo, y ya ultimamente hasta el padre también

I would NEVERRRR come here again. We had an appointment with Pilar at 12pm. We arrive on time for our appointment at 11:45am!. They told us to be seated. At 12pm for our appointment They inform us that Pilar is running behind and won’t be able to see us until 1pm. We were annoyed but decided to just wait. We had not received a call to COME BACK so we called at 12:55pm they informed us that they spoke with Pilar and she stated it would be another 30 min!!!!! At this time we were extremely upset. They obviously have no respect for people’s time. This could have been handled differently. If Pilar knew she was running an hour late they could have informed us prior to our appointment to come in later. We do not live in Miami and therefore this was a huge inconvenience. We canceled our appointment and are taking our taxes else where. Huge waste of time and energy. Very disorganized and unaware of what people are doing to inform clients. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!! Time is precious.

The BEST accounting/tax office in Miami. These accountants at this office truly care for each of their clients. They take their time making sure everything is properly imputed and they are receiving the best service possible. They have been in the tax business for over 30 years which is very hard to find in miami with all the tax offices which disappear after tax season. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and really make you feel like you are home. Bovea Accounting has my highest recommendation.

They misfiled my tax return, and ended up charging me $150 fee for a return that was 1/3 less than discussed. When I called to discuss a partial refund on the fee since they messed up, they ignored my emails twice and said they would get back to me over the phone and never did.I wouldn't file with them again. Pricey for little work, my tax return was straightforward and they still messed it up somehow and charged a lot.

We have used Bovea accounting for both personal and our company's filings for well over 6 years and we're pleased with the services they had provided until the last couple if years.The last two years we received notices from the IRS notifying us that several deductions had been applied to our returns for which we did not qualify for and those monies should be returned to the treasury Dept. ,although the sums owed are negligible the firms response were extremely disappointing, after weeks of trying to contact Bovea for advice their response was to apply for a one in a lifetime reprieve and took no responsibility for their error.As we were a longtime client and mistakes do happen we did not sever our ties with the accountant group.This year we once more received notices from the IRS stating a similar error was made and money was owed for the improper deductions in addition to late fees and penalties. Once again we reached out to Bovea, it has been 3 months since we notified them and no accountant will either speak or respond to us, instead they place an aid. Now I understand that under US Chapter 44 and the Federal Securies Act of 1933 the CPA or accounting firm is liable for the errors committed in both these cases we have elected not to seek reparations for two reasons:1. The amounts are honestly below $4,000 in each event.2. It would be costly and time consuming.3. If a settlement were to be made we would be forced to sign a no disclosure agreement which would prohibit us from warning the public.I find it sad that a company which has been proving this service for such a long time would avoid responsibility for the very service they are being compensated for.To conclude it pained me to move my business elsewhere but paying a firm for a service to which they refuse to assume responsibility for which I am rendering compensation just seems wasteful.Attentively,Wilson L.
