We have been extremely impressed with Bookkeeper360, and quite happy that we chose them as our partner for bookkeeping and payroll. We are an early stage tech startup, and contacted Bookkeeper360 right after setting up our bank accounts. It's great to have someone on our extended team to make sure that our finances and payroll are being managed so professionally right from day one. We have received responsive, professional, and friendly support from everyone: sales, our dedicated accountant, and the payroll specialist. I would go so far as to say that the service we have received across the board has been generous - far in excess of our expectations, and a tremendous value for the money. They were a five star for 2 years. The last 3 months has been a disaster with being over billed, 3 months behind my books and very poor communication as to why they cannot get up to date. Switching services immediately.
