Because of the reviews and reputation I decided to become a client and enlist their services for my case. However there were several things that I DID NOT LIKE! When I first had contact with someone at this Firm it was with Shelby (who is no longer there) she was a sweetheart and took the time to answer all my questions and give me reassurance about this case we were building. I felt a genuine connection with her, all of a sudden she goes on vacation, comes back and boom she no longer works there. I didn't hear from her (or anyone from the firm) for about 2 weeks which I though was odd because she was very responsive to my emails! It wasn't until I decided okay I should call to see whats going on, that they notified me she no longer worked there. That's how Kevin started to take over the case, he apologized that no one reached out, it didn't feel genuine. Fast forward through this whole process of this case I'd rate Kevin a 3 out of 5. I didn't like the fact that I felt like they were just trying to get it over with the quickest way possible without getting me the most. I mean I damn near negotiated myself because THEY wanted me to settle for less and imagine if I would have. I thought a lawyer was supposed to fight for you and negotiate for you! I wouldn't have gotten what I did. I felt cheated out of money because I didn't feel like they were aggressive enough but what it really was I just felt like they DIDN'T CARE! So fast forward again it's time for my payment and its been a week (it's been more than enough time)and I still haven't received my payment, they didn't track it, Fed Ex, UPS, just regular mail. Crazy because when I got papers for signing on as a client it got here in like 2 days!! I find it highly unprofessional, considering the contents in the envelope why wouldn't it have tracking just doesn't make sense to me. For taking the percentage they did, I'm not pleased about it but that's lawyers right. I'm not happy about it or the way things have been getting done, they should have done things differently and make you at least feel like your not just a $ to them. That's how I feel right now, we will see what happens. Can't say that I would want to recommend them. I hope this helps someone who is considering them. Know what your getting yourself into before you sign paperwork and my advice would be trust your gut instinct because as soon as Shelby was gone I didn't feel like they cared, and it shows!!!
