The great thing about the people at Blue Lynx is that they know their business and are excellent in making the right arrangement between (International) companies and (International) talents.As I recently started working for a medium sized american company – but having clients of any major brand one can think off – I was in a situation where there was quite some negotiation was needed between what Americans are used to put in their contracts, what is legally required here in the Netherlands, the salary and all the benefits etc...It was nice to feel relaxed in the hands of these experienced people to get the best deal in interest of the employee within the boundaries of the new employer.
