Stayed in the junior suite, the room was nice and big, but the shower head was only about 4 feet off the ground so that was odd. Staff was very friendly. Dinner was very tasty, but the Sunday brunch was horrible. Couldn't cut through pancakes, french toast or biscuits with a butter knife. Eggs were dry and hard , would not recommend even if it was free.

Great casino. Been a handful of times. Lots of table games and slot machines. They have great shows and a few places to eat. They had power when we had the power outage the other day becuase they worked with the college to get a microgrid.

Definitely the place to be on a Tuesday at 7pm because I heard the guy running trivia night is amazing!!

Great staff! Helpful and kind. Breakfast voucher was a wonderful surprise. Enjoyed the games at the casino. Enjoyed the food at Alices for breakfast and dinner. Just stay away from the Lily Pad Cafe. Rooms were very roomy and very clean. …Read more on Hotels.com

Horrid ventilation at the lily pad and slot machine area. I choked on the amount of cigarette smoke. Entire security department needs to understand what customer service truly is... Especially a person named Graham, a person who threatened to kick out a 70 year old Hotel guest with no provocation. Everything has been explained to Arla! I wish her safe journey to Germany and Scotland. Call letter of explanation to be forwarded to her within the next couple of days
