DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! My taxes are a mess, there is money missing from my business account, it's October 11th and I have no idea what my QTR 3 taxes are because NO ONE will respond to me. They should be put of our business.

Do not do business with this company! I have been with them for the past three years for worker's compensation insurance and the past 2 years they have neglected to send my renewed insurance certificates to cslb. And this year I paid them my down payment for the renewal and the check clears my bank and I get all my new certs and then 2 weeks later get a letter from arrowhead general insurance company saying I was being cancelled because they never received my down payment. So I had to turn around and pay the insurance company directly since BLI had just kept my down payment. To be fair they did refund the money to me a few days later but could not provide me an explanation of what happened. Which makes me wonder if they are even a financially stable company. The problem with this company is they make countless mistakes which cost my business time and money and when I have a problem I have to continually call and email to get it addressed because no one is ever available the first time and messages are rarely returned. I have received documents through email for other companies with private information on at least three different occasions so I am assuming they have also probably sent other companies my information by mistake and every problem or request involves me being bounced from person to person and then I am told it is the responsibility of another person. In fact my contractor's license was actually suspended this year because they continually neglected to send the renewed certificate even after I reminded them that it still needed to be sent. Save your self endless headaches and find another better structured and managed company. I am switching brokers today. It is too much of a liability to continue doing business with this company a day longer.

This company is evil, very fraudulent, took payroll TAXES from our companies account since 2015, never paid IRS. Now we having to make payment arrangement with IRS for they money they took and claimed that they already paid IRS when they did not. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their new company's name is BOOKKEEPING.

This company needs to be closed now! Taxes for three quarters were not filed and money not sent to the IRS. Brandon Littlefield is the owner and he is the only person filing the forms with the IRS and handling the money. He will not return phone calls and lied to me several times regarding his intended actions with paying the IRS. Our money was stolen!

I signed up with them 3 years ago and now 2019 we are in debt with the IRS $9,000 in back payroll taxes BLI is a very evil company and needs to be avoided the owner of BLI will have his day of judgment a true thief

Don't trust Brandon Littlefield he is the CEO of BLI Inc. They have been taking money from my account for Payroll taxes for the past 10 months. They have not been making any deposits to EDD on my behalf. I have called and emailed many times and I never get a response from them other than Brandon littlefield isn't in but I will make sure he gets your message. Now I have a LIEN on my property.

TERRIBLE!!! This place will take your tax money and not report it to the IRS!!! DO NOT USE this company unless you like being audited by the IRS. Worst decision ever signing up for payroll with this company. They are a FRAUD!

Horrible customer service. They never call back, empty promises, they have failed to file my tax returns for payroll. Multiple letters from the IRS they send the money but don't file returns

This company is a joke!!If you like letters from the IRS because they fail to correctly perform there so called Payroll services, this company is for you.If you like owing thousands of dollars to Workers Comp because they forget to take payments out, this company is for you.When you need to get hold of acting manager to clear up these issues, and they claim there too busy to take your call, you then leave messages for the owner, and he refuses to return your call, this company is for you.I should of checked other reviews before i made the biggest mistake of using this poor excuse of a company.
