I've been to a number of the larger accounting firms in Lismore but always found them treating me like a number, nothing personable and they charged like a wounded bull. I heard the radio add about Biztax and thought why not. Yes they are a small firm and WOW have i been impressed. Sharnette has a great team of multilingual staff who really do provide an outstanding service where you feel totally connected. They actually listen to you and make you feel comfortable. The advice has been spot on and the fees pretty reasonable considering the level of professional service you receive. It really is a pleasure doing business with them.
