We have been with them since 2013 and the results have been declining. We paid them $3000 for their Fast Track and got zero applicants. We decided to try posting directly to the same job site they post to. We received several applicants from that site and none from Bird Dog. Their rep kept stringing me along and when I decided to cancel he said I had just missed my 60 day opportunity to cancel. They are demanding that we pay them for another year despite their poor results. Save your money and post directly to the job sites.

If I could leave a half of a star I would. We used them for 3 years to hire various candidates. When I found our last candidate (not from Birddog HR), I requested to cancel the service going forward. I found out that they had set me up on an annual auto-renewal and I needed to give them 60 days in advance of when the contract was up. I was short by 6 days. So, rather than working with me to try to suspend service or pay for a partial payment-they are forcing me to pay over $1500 for a service that we won't be using. Horrible customer service with poor results. I would never use them again.

They told us we can stop paying indeed for job postings by switching to birddoghr. Lesson learned we spent more for buggy product and not cost effective offerings. Not recommending.

We used BirdDog for a few years. When we determined it wasn't producing the results it once did we cancelled our agreement. We were a few days late according to the contract and regardless of their poor performance, they refused to cancel the following year contract. Instead, the demand for $300 a month is more important than actually delivering the results promised. There are many other options in the marketplace that we utilize now with much better ROI.
