The responses from the owner here, and other reviews, about sum it up. Iffy whether you'll get paid, harassing messages from staff (their admin woman is something else), low standards, just nothing redeeming about it. Never seen a place treat people more like numbers.

Lol. I thought I was about to be the only one that had a bad expierience here. Shocker. I’ll give a little input too for my welcoming expierience in southbury. I come from a family of well respected masons so I thought I’d come in and give it a whirl for a position opening for masonry too get some expierience and so forth. I guess I had no idea up until just now that this place was actually just a messenger for Company’s. I’m fairly new to indeed and everything and all of this. But anyway that’s besides the point of this story and doesn’t really change my feelings towards the situation regardless. If you don’t have any expierience in masonry don’t worry there secretary knows exactly how to handle it and she’ll shake her head at all of your salary offers until she says there’s nothing they can do for you. Than if your lucky enough you’ll get thrown a position in a garbage disposal route for 14 bucks an hour....I want to puke. Lol this Company’s legitimately trash and handles garbage disposal routes and honestly I’m a little offended. I don’t really go around actually trying for a job and this is what I get when I feel like something feels right. But it gets better. Than they push away the person that has masonry in his blood and someone else walks in who seems like he’s a good friend of uh someone? Basically anyone that isn’t an actual client there trying to help and says he uhh has ‘landscaping’ history and gets the job on the spot. But that’s fine. If all else fails maybe you’ll get to hear some pro tips on how to obtain medical marijuana cards while your filling out your application to try and turn your life around and actually do something good with it for once. All of this was one hundred percent true and I fully agree with most of you in the reviews. Let this company push out all of there trash employees to these company’s. I’m not dealing with them from here on out and I hope they never need my help.

My first experience with this company started out okay and the only reason why I had to deal with them is because the company I worked for used their services. While working at that company as a truck driver I got injuried so the company got rid of me for that. Dealt with John in Milford said don't worry about got another job for you just come here and we'll talk about it. Should have just stayed away, but needed the work and money. Went and got sent to some run of the mill junk chicken place talked to the guy and that was a joke. He wasn't even looking for a driver. Weeks went by nothing then I called John and he was extremely rude, can't talk to you right now what do you want youre bothering me, but when he called me, Heyyy buddy thought of you for this job. Listen I'm doing you the favor. Complete DONKEY and didn't want to listen to me at all. That's not all that happened with just dealing with that donkey. Then later my wife saw an ad on indeed for a tool maker position and I had the experience told her to apply well come to find out its Best Temps again, but a guy name Dave. Well went and met Dave for the interview and came out of that interview with an entirely different job. Went the next day there and it sucked, but I could handle it, but it wasn't what I wanted as a job. Dave told me call him if you don't like it I have something else. So I did, told him and he turns around oh well can you just stick it out for the rest of the week. I said sure, but I rather be doing something else. Well over the night I had to bring my wife to the hospital and couldn't make it. Sorry job is not as important as the wife. She almost DIED! What do I get from Dave as a text, so not going to work today? Told him, he said nothing. At least the place I was working for at that time said something. Then later saw on indeed my job so just assumed well not working there tomorrow. Now tried to get that last paycheck and they always play you on pay. So I texted this guy Dave and asked him about it. Told me it would be mailed. Got tired of waiting and looking in the mail box. Gave Dave a call and asked if he knew anything about it. Told me hold on yeah its here and I said okay can you hold it I want to pick it up, sure I'll tell my boss too. Go there to get the stupid check and when get there see his smug looking face and Jose, smelt like major weed up in that place. Oh my boss she's not here yet you can come at noon to get it, but maybe she'll give it to you when she gets here in 15 mins. Went back to the car with my wife and waited the 15 mins went back up, major mistake. Walked in the door first thing the "manager" lady said is whos this as rude as can be. Told the old witch and I get the answer well I mailed your check. Now I'm even more heated. Empty gas tank have to go to an interview/ roadtest and I asked for my waste of a check to remain here! I LOST MY COOL after that. Word of advise NEVER EVER EVER use this place to find employment or if your looking for employees. They don't give a dam about you. Anyone who gives them good reviews are probably themselves because anyone who is stup!d like I was will wake up and say wait a minute here something isn't right. I've been treated like mule before but this company really takes the cake. When they call you and you hear whoever from Best Temps just say sorry not working for soul suckers. Pay is not worth dealing with them when they're going to pay you less. When it shows a lower number thats what you get junk money and MAJOR stress to boot. The person that runs this company must be just as crooked as their employees. STAY FAR AWAY.... if you don't, you'll see

This company is a sad joke. They say they'll call you back and they never do. Sent me to companies that aren't even hiring complete idiots and don't know what they're doing. Very unprofessional very Loosely run.

These guys were great! I came in looking for a job and they placed me somewhere that day. The company they sent me to kept me on full time after 90 days. Thanks to best temps' help I have a job today.
