AWESOME staff good location. All of the staff are very nice and helpful there is parking less than 20 feet from the door. This is how the main line is supposed to be. Good service good knowledge about registrations and other doc services

Although the clerk on duty was nice enough, she didn't sing very concerned when I had an asthma attack due to the fact that this place smells like strong cigarette smoke. I was outside for most of the time and would have left completely had I not needed to get my title report, which she told me she could do but after half an hour and several phone calls discovered she couldn't. Not her fault, but not a pleasant experience. Stay away if you're asthmatic.

Notary messed up title and sent in for a replacement title. Said it would be up to 4 weeks wait for the replacement. I called the DMV and they said processing time on a replacement title is 2 days. Now I am going to have to shell out $50 to replace my title because they messed it up.

The staff changed my placard application form for no reason, which caused the rejection from Penndot and delayed my application. The staff also gave misleading information for how long it will take to get the placard. Very irresponsible staffs.

Since June (now October) they've been working on a title transfer. The woman behind the counter insisted it was a mobile home when in fact it was a modular home. Made us take pictures of it and insisted the weight of the house had to be documented. No engine. Made us purchase a tag for the "vehicle". The manager Chris said the woman (blond) was wrong and he would work to correct it. He then asked for a receipt of the check that was already copied and handed over. Still waiting. I think the attorney general needs a call for fraud. This is something a woman who just lost her husband doesn't need to deal with.

I arrived close to closing to transfer my auto title, only to discover that I did not have the title with the papers. I had to return home get the title and return to Best Auto Tags in Ardmore, PA... Sean, the Notary waited for me to return which was about 15 to 20 minutes past closing. He completed the transfer in a professional and courteous manner. I will use this Notary for all of my Notarial needs.
