To say that they are unprofessional is an understatement. I hate to put people down but they are very unprofessional, and very uneducated. They gave me the runaround on what I needed and what they needed from me for months. I'm disappointed in myself that I even had faith that they were competent enough to finish my taxes. They dragged the process on and when I called them to clear it up they were mean to me on the phone. Do not give them your business, aside from the poor manner in which they run things, their prices are not reasonable. Find somebody else, ask a friend, a neighbor, anybody. Stay away.
