Run. We just dumped money into a condo that was supposed to be finished by June 1 but the place is the same as when I saw it over a week ago. Everything needs to be upgraded and they have no problem dragging their feet to fix actual issues. We called to get out of the contract within the allotted time period but they refuse to give us our money back even though only one of us signed the contract and they already broke our agreement. Find someone else. These people will definitely take you for a ride if they can.
