I just received a notice from my employer that Berkheimer is deducting a debt that was settled 2 years ago from my next paycheck. In 2016 they sent me a letter saying I owed taxes in a town that I hadn't lived in in 2015 and they wanted the taxes for it. I faxed them a copy of my leasing agreement and never heard from them again. I heard from my employer today that the debt that was supposed to be settled TWO WHOLE YEARS AGO is coming out of my wages.

I have been coming into the office for a few years now always needing help with the forms and every year the women at the front desk go above and beyond to help me. They are amazing.

You are THE tax collection company, and I call first thing in the morning, and you dont have anyone to take my call. I love paying fees higher than my actual tax burden to berkheimer too. Hurray!

I've been having a ridiculous time trying to file local taxes this year (if you moved, you can't file online, so that's cool) and so I'm not loving Berkheimer right now. But Edie (probably spelling it wrong) at this office was incredibly helpful. She sympathized with me and told me how to fill it out with the problem I was running into and even ran numbers for me to help me figure out the totals. Thank you for that courteous customer service at what I'm sure is insane crunch time in the office!

They have extremely poor customer service. I called with 1 question about a form and the woman I spoke with was very condescending. They are very difficult to deal with and do not seem to have a focus on providing great customer service.
