Benetech is the most incompetent company I've ever experienced. Firstly, they deny that they received documents even when faxed evidence is provided. Secondly, the review of documents is completed by someone different everytime, they make written notes in preschool handwriting which is not even factual. There denials are also not factual. Payments are made two to three weeks late on a regular basis. Reimbursement service dates are always inaccurate even when correct dates are submitted. Benetech should be investigated for fraudulent practices by New York State Workers Compensation and any county, town or company handling there accounts.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had many issues getting access to my money after submitting receipts for dependant care and/or medical flexible spending. We are very organized and very meticulous in our paperwork, and I can say that this company is the complete opposite. It's a hassle getting a human being on the phone. Then when you do get someone on the phone they act like the problem you are having has never occurred before...even though I've documented these exact errors on multiple occasions. One particularly obnoxious event involved their compliance officers and management: the most inhuman unempathetic people I have ever spoken to in a service company that is supposed to serve customers. I dread the yearly mistakes and phone calls I have to make to fix this company's errors. They just don't do their job correctly. If I was this ineffective or disorganized or uncaring in my job I'd be fired. In short, Benetech is my least favorite company, ever.
