This clown Matt called me to check the reference on a long term tenant, I just got home from a long trip and this guy woke me up very aggressive and Rude!Had the audacity to say I didn't sound professional enough to own a home and rent it because I used the word "bro" ???Be cautious potential property owners I believe he pretends to screen potential tenants with his aggressive tone and behavior and calls that due dilligents? Being a good "detective" does not require you being a rude, disrespectful, presumptuous, pompous A Hole.When I said I don't appreciate his time of voice and aggressive tone he hung up on me! Not just hung up but slammed the phone down.I advised my tenants it's probably not a good idea to rent from people associated with this psycho and reimbursed them the app fee they paid

Bemrose has always been prompt and kind with us over several years of running background checks (Matt and the team). We have recently and will continue to use them on a regular basis. No issues with customer service or reviewed candidates. Keep up the great work!

Contacted Matt (owner) about screening a tenant for one of my rentals. Matt rudely wanted to get all of the rental properties addresses immediately, which by the way do not require screening at the moment. I refused as I only needed screening for one vacant rental. Matt immediately blew the gasket and used words like , " You are manipulating the system," and "You would leave and and used another screening company" as he put it. And, "I need all of the rental properties addresses." After which, Matt hung up on me. This is not the way to treat clients who have used Bemrose many time in the past. Reason we have not used Bemrose in the recent past is that we had stable tenants for many years in our rentals till now.Best to you and your business.

I have had excellent experience using Bemrose for tenant screening. The Human touch of calling the references pays off. Recently a reference didn't ring true to them, and when they checked property ownership there was deception involved. My experiences have all been positive going back about 20 years.
