This place is a scam they will eat you alive with extra fees, the staff doesn't know what they're doing, the place is so dirty and full of rats, ants and roaches, Arium and Carroll Management is a joke they dont care about their residents, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I HAVE ENJOYED RESIDING AT ARIUM BOCA RATON FOR OVER 3 YEARS.IT IS A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT COMPLEX IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING ONE COULD DESIRE - SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, MEDICAL FACILITIES, BANKS - YOU NAME IT - IT’S NEARBY, A QUICK VEHICLE RIDE OR WALK!THE LEASING AND MAINTENANCE STAFFS APPEAR TOGENUINELY DESIRE TO ACCOMMODATE MY REQUESTS.FOR EXAMPLE, SEVERAL MORNINGS AGO, I PLACED A MAINTENANCE REQUEST CONTAINING QUITE A NUMBER OF ITEMS! EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF THAT AFTERNOON! YOU CAN’T BEAT THAT FOR SERVICE! ‘GABRIEL’S WORKMANSHIP WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY - CAREFULLY, THOROUGHLY AND THOUGHTFULLY EXECUTED. ‘RAFAEL,’ THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, CALMLY LEADS HIS CREW IN THE UTMOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE STRIVES AND SUCCEEDS IN CAPABLY HANDLING ALL MY REQUESTS SMOOTHLY AND CAREFULLY.THE APARTMENTS THEMSELVES ARE MORE LIKE TINY HOMES!WELL-PLANNED, AS IS THE COMMUNITY ITSELF.THERE ARE 2 POOLS, A FITNESS CENTERAND THE GROUNDS ARE IMPECCABLY TENDED TO.THE RESIDENTS ARE GENERALLY QUIET; THERE ARE YOUNG FAMILIES, SINGLES, OLDER FOLKS -A TERRIFIC MIX OF ALL KINDS OF RESPECTABLE PEOPLE.THE LEASING AND MAINTENANCE STAFFS HAVE GREATLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE ENJOYMENT OF MY HOME AND FOR THAT, I AM THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL.

My husband and I came to look at the 2/2 at Arium at Boca Raton in May 2019 and were met by Heidi in the leasing office. She was smiling and very professional and pleasant. She showed us a few apartments for a move in day in July 2019. After looking at multiple other places we decided on Arium because of the welcoming experience we had with Heidi (and the back patio). She is a great representative of what potential renters should experience.
