I work for a training and education company and needed information from this local company. I am reaching out to corporate, as they are very rude and uninformed. This company needs a customer service revamp and training in every aspect of the word. I am appalled that such behavior is even allowed. I would be a great referral source for them. Hopefully I can get some answers concerning this.

Very unprofessional. Employees constantly hung up in my face and behaved very rudely. I ended a phone call, and an employee called my phone until I picked up, and verbally harassed me. Never again. Never seen anything like it. Doesn't even deserve one star.

While a couple of people are very nice and helpful, there is a widespread apathy among the rest. When you call it's a sure thing that you will be put on hold at least three times.They just don't care about the clients, I was told that my check would be deposited to my bank account after the third week, here I am five weeks later still having to go get my check then going to the bank. Why offer a service and not fulfill when requested?
