Absolute worst company to deal with. They are trying to force me to stay on an insurance policy that is way over priced. That is against the law and they have been told that. They are trying to hold onto money that was prepaid for insurance that is to be cancelled. They just buy it through the Healthcare.gov site for small business and tack on a hefty fee. We found out how much we should be paying and what they charge is completely different. Any business should stay away from hiring this company to handle their HR

Our company has used BCN Services for many years and I would highly recommend them. We are always presented with several options and choices each year for our health insurance, enabling us to make good decisions based upon the comparisons that were prepared for us. It saved us a considerable amount of $$ compared to going out and doing it on our own as a small business. In addition, we were able to offer a very good 401K program for our employees.They are able to handle anything in the Human Resources area that you may need, and they are local, which is a big plus in my book. I am always able to speak to someone if I have a question and I know that they will provide me with the information that I need in a timely manner. Thank you, BCN Services!

This is the worst company for the employees of the business that use them. They are unfriendly and impossible to work with. If you care about your employees then don't use this service.
