one of the worst recruitment agencies in Melbourne. Like the other reviews, these guys are just a waste of time and don't listen. My initial phone call with one of the recruiters made my skin crawl. they were just a robot going through the motions. They only seem to care about their own kpis and ticking off the fact they had made their calls for the day.

I had a great experience working with Bayside Group Automotive. they assisted me in landing my career goal job within the Bayside Personnel Defence team. I highly recommend working with Bayside, as they act in a professional manner and keep you update with current communication in regards to your job.

Similar experience to the other review. I interviewed with these people and everything went well enough up until the interview. That is until I never heard a word back after it, when I was assured by two separate people that I would hear something the following week either way. No response to a follow up email either. Too scared to deliver bad news I guess. For a recruitment company, that would have to be about the poorest practice I can imagine.Hey, it's just a job, and a potential career your waiting to hear back about right. No big deal. Bayside Personnel - "If we don't like you, we let you figure that out for yourself"

I only gave one star because no stars isn't available.I uploaded my resume on seek and the bayside group contacted me to go in for a chat, so I thought why not.I went to have a recruitment meeting for an automotive position the two rude secretaries asked me to wait for 30 minitues on the couch.Post interview I never heard back from bayside group or the guy who intervied me.I rang him and no return of phone call.Dont waste your time automove people seek employment opportunities elsewhere.
