I buy and sell homes and this is the Most Pricey $$$$ one that i have ever had, 4 times the amount that my reg title company charges.. The only reason i used them the seller (bank) made me use them.. Stay far away from Bay National Title... I have never had a Title Company make the Buyer transfer the Title to a Mobile home.. Unheard of.. Due yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Responsible and accountable people! Robyn and Brandy did a fantastic job keeping us posted with any updates. They easily accommodated professional mobile notaries which came to the seller's home to close on the rainiest of days! Talk about convenience. I highly recommend using them. Thank you!

God awful. I am a broker in IN that does a lot of foreclosure listings and sales and certain banks use Bay National. Everytime it is a joke. They have seriously put one of my clients home address on a home he already owned on the deed instead of the property he was buying. They did that to me too, used my mailing address on the deed. Trying to sell me my own house LOL They cannot do anything right. The last one was the kicker though, over $3,000 in title fees on a cash transaction, should have been $1,000 and I was forced to use them and I will NEVER be forced to use them again. From now on my clients and I will use our own local title company and pay extra to do so. These people are a JOKE.

Far and away, the worst title company we have ever worked with! The escrow officer we worked with was extremely unresponsive, we have never been able to get her on the phone, even when her colleagues reached out to her and told her she needed to call us back. The closing of our loan was delayed as a direct result of her lack of actions. She gave us incorrect information multiple times, and kept our loan from being able to fund for days because she wouldn't respond to us or send us the requested documentation. If we weren't required by the seller's to use this title company we would have switched to a more professional title agency. I wish I could give 0 stars, and a warning to all that this title company will come with consequences.

i agree with eve. impossible to reach by phone. multiple extensions made. nobody over there knows what they are doing. HIRE SMARTER PEOPLE. typical Florida company

The Company was hard to work with on a closing. They kept asking for extensions. They missed the original closing date. They made mistakes on the closing HUD documents. They would not answer emails or return phone calls. This experience was terrible.

Outstanding Customer Service and Quality! Bay National Title Company handled my closing TWO years ago. I contacted them this month to request some information for personal use (which would brought no benefit/business for them) and they offered the same stellar level of service and efficiency as was provided during my closing. Highly recommend!
