The father was disrespectful and talk rudely. They put you on a clock and rush you out of the office. I would not recommend this accountant.

Used him for 6 years and I’m starting to think I’ve missed out on a ton of money. Very rude on the phone when I asked a simple question. He’s supposed to be the professional. They do not value loyalty. I do not recommend anyone to ever waste their time. There are a ton of other options in the area.

Worst experience of my life. I went to him for advice about my daughters 529 account. He rushed me through in 15 minutes and didn't answer my questions. I paid him 150.00 and gave him my direct deposit information only now i found he never put in for a direct deposit and i have to wait for a check in the mail. When I called the office the secretary said " Oh well, I guess it was an oversight." I said "why did I pay you for an oversight you incompetent idiots?" She said I'll have Glen call you . So far I haven't heard a thing. I left a message saying I wanted my money back because all he did was F up. Anybody who uses this A hole deserves everything he gets.

I used Glen for only 2 years after he was recommended to me. Each year he cost me thousands of dollars in tax returns. (I knew the first year I would owe since I lost my mom that year). I actually double paid federal taxes! I had to check his work because they never flipped pages in a packet to file the taxes properly. Uhm... seriously? Needless to say, I did not go back. If you like your money in your wallet, I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.

R. Barger has only been my accountant for 2 months. He did an amazing job on my recent return. Recently, I received a letter from the IRS for a previous tax year (I did not have Barger Accounting Services for that tax year) indicating that I owe additional taxes. We worked together to rectify the situation. He responded promptly and helped me tremendously with this, as dealing with the IRS can be stressful. Do not hesitate to use them for any of their services.

We have been using Rob Barger for many years. He is a brilliant accountant, excellent personality and always smiling. I have also referred him to some friends of ours, one of whom has a complicated business, and they all love him, also! The friend of ours who has their own business cannot believe how quickly , accurately and efficiently their taxes were done with Rob after going through many years of using an expensive, grouchy and inefficient accountant. Rob really is a genius with numbers and he comes out to our house, for an extremely reasonable fee (it's a fraction more than Turbo Tax, and he figures everything out in 10-15 minutes, while he's still at our home)! You will never go back after using him once!

Did not file with my new address and since the post office doesn't forward mail to new addresses, its not been over a month with no tax refund. When I called to address this with him, he told me "Too bad!"...never apologized or was sincere for his mistake and I paid him over $120 for his horrible service. I will never again return to him! He is a cruel business owner!
