Spoke to this lady named adele back march and told me come do a two day course and within couple weeks we should able to get in to work. well its September now and i haven't heard nothing at all, even though i call them once a week & they always tell me someone will contact you when we got something. So dont bother signing up with this lot because it's waste of time. LIERS

Done a training course and promised a job at the end, only to complete it and no job offered. Baltic say there is jobs Available but you need to do courses 1st so they can make money off government. Don't fall for it. they don't find you work!

Great if you're 16-18?Applied to plenty of jobs here, never heard back from a single one.Phoned them a few times and asked if it was because I was a 30 year old looking for an apprenticeship. I was assured this wasn't the case.I wasn't over qualified, and filled in the application forms correctly.I asked for feedback on why I hadn't heard back from them on multiple occasions and was told I would hear in due course.Never did - Ended up going through the government apprenticeship website instead which couldn't have been easier, quicker and more helpful.Had a new job within 2 weeks, on minimum wage rather than apprenticeship wage.

Excellent recruitment agency to deal with, I have been put forward for a couple of positions through Baltic and the process has been managed very well. I was given in depth information about both the job role and the company, good advice and interview preparation, and I was kept informed on the progress of my application throughout. Really great recruitment agency. I attended a training course where they gave me skills in lean and environmental awareness which then secured me a job with an automotive supplier. I highly recommend Baltic to anyone looking to enhance their skills and secure employment.

Absolute joke. Taking advantage of desperate poeple. Told me there was a garanteed job at the end of weeks training with them. Sounded fishy so I phoned the company direct who they where taking on for to be told they dont use Baltic Recruiment and are going to look into it. Anyone that works for Baltic should be ashamed of yourself.
