I worked at BackTrack full-time. This company is disappointing and a sham. Everything goes fine in your interview, and maybe first week and a half. Then little do they tell you have to meet your number quotas of how many components you do per hour-average a week. Its unrealistic numbers, and you're still in training while you're doing this. By week 3 they pulled me into office and said they were firing me if I don't get my numbers up. They don't care about your effort or if you're trying best you can. Its all about the numbers at end of every day. Its a hostile environment and the training system is poor that it sets you up for failure. I would never recommend anyone to apply here.
